INDIA-CANADA CULTURAL ASSOCIATION (ICCA) is a non-profit charitable organisation that promotes Indian culture and heritage among residents of Saskatoon and beyond. Membership is open to anyone interested in understanding or just enjoying Indian culture.

India Supper Night:The India Supper Night was organized on Sat Feb 17, 2018. The event was SOLD OUT and was a huge success. More than 200 guests attended the event. Sincere thanks to all the performers and volunteers for making this event a success.
Consulate Visit:The ICCA hosted a consular camp offered by the Consulate General of India on Sunday Nov 12, 2017 at Hampton Inn & Suites. The consuls provided services related to passport renewal, visa, OCI and other miscellaneous services. Close to 60 families from the community took advantage of this opportunity to avail consular services.
Volunteer Appreciation Evening: An evening of fun and entertainment was organized on Oct 14, 2017 at the Walter Murray Collegiate to appreciate all the volunteers who have helped at various ICCA events, especially during Folkfest 2017. The ICCA board would like to thank all who attended this event, brought delicious dishes and made it an exciting evening.
Gandhi Jayanti Celebration:The ICCA organized the Gandhi Jayanti celebration on Monday Oct 2nd, 2017 at the Gandhi Statue in downtown Saskatoon. Mayor Charlie Clark was the chief guest and more than 40 community members attended the event. Thank you all for attending and celebrating the life of one of the great leaders of this century.
Semi-Annual General body Meeting:The SAGM was help on Sept 27th, 2017. Thanks to all the members who attended the meeting and provided their feedback to the ICCA Board.
Folkfest 2017 (Aug 17-19): ICCA’s India Pavilion was a huge success at this year’s Folkfest celebrating Canada 150! We received tremendous feedback from the community about our delicious food, the elegant displays and the fantastic entertainment. Saskatoon Mayor Charlie Clark tried his hands at playing the Tabla in our display area while Folkfest President Neil Irvine, along with Folkfest Board Member Dr. Jay Kalra, tried Bhangra in front of a packed audience during our entertainment program. The event and all the festivities were a true team effort. Every volunteer and ICCA board member played a vital role in India Pavilion's success and we are grateful for the overwhelming support from the Indo-Canadian community. We thank each and every one of you for your support and encouragement.

Annual Picnic/Potluck: More than 40 members participated in the annual picnic/potluck hosted by ICCA at the Forestry Farm on Saturday June 24th, 2017. Isha organized a yoga session (Thanks Isha) to kick off the picnic, which was followed by a friendly game of cricket and a few activities for kids. This was followed by some delicious food – thanks all for bring great dishes. We would like to thank all members for attending the picnic, for participating in all the activities making it a success.
